I will not use a stencil.  

If you want something basic and are only doing plan view drawings, a scale and a pencil and a set of CAD stencils work perfectly fine for additions, renovations, etc.

Also for myself, I am a professional bodybuilder and I currently live in a luxury apartment.

After I lodge a complaint with the state AG I'll explore a small claims action.And I like the idea of putting in some sort of pole, maybe a 4x4; upon which I will stencil "Satellite Dish Only".As a side note, while it's hard to beat the excellent cash flow from low-income rentals, the 'intensive management' required really blows.

I am the type of person that does get bored whenever I accomplish things and reach my goals I always ask myself " okay whats next now", after competing in bodybuilding/Physique competitions I needed to take my drive and dedication to something more long term that is going to give me more time and freedom than the ( 8-5) full time schedule.

I work nights at ThermoFisher Scientific as a Technician 2, as well as I am also into bodybuilding and powerlifting sports.

I painted one floor years ago with a tan paint and did some edge stencils like that  inlay you sometimes see in wood,  it looked good but it wasn't my first choice. if you paint porch and deck paint is good and lighter but not white tones are better, so tan, grey. 

I once had a body builder as a tenant and he was very particular about his AC temps.
