AirBnb's are tricky with Condos, i would steer clear.

The steers will be butterballs from the heavy cream.  

They looked very nicely done.On the tour, Chris steered me towards one particular house.

I know some investors have used ceramic tile in the past but have since steered away from it due to the cost and grout.

Also, steering as much cash flow back into the property just to have dead money (aka equity) sitting in the property is not of much use either.

I think having a network and accountability is super important but I would steer clear of any guru type offerings.

A simple baseline plan might’ve steered him toward properties with more reliable maintenace histories or a stronger neighborhood profile, saving him a lot of sweat.

I've always steered clear of anything like these offers.
