Nothing special, stirring spoons, tongs, ladles, a cutting board, mixing bowls, all the normal stuff you’d see in a kitchen - the guests expect it.

This is not the career for someone that wants everything spoon fed to them.

You don't want someone to come and stay and there only be one spoon and two large plates because the others went missing over time.

Find a loan officer more willing to research the guidelines for you or find the guidelines yourself and spoon feed it to them for argument sake.

Make sure that you would want to spoon that sexy deal for years and lovingly pet down your slim cost structure.  

This is what valuable real-world learning is always like, not the spoon-feeding we've all come to expect from our miserable educational system.Trust me, it's not all Greek to you.

And since I didn’t have to wait for other people to give me an answer, I actually moved ahead much faster than other members on the forum who need to be spoon fed the simplest topics of real estate that ca be taught to you with a few clicks on your keyboard.

I am not looking for spoon feeding... just some real direction where to hustle to.
