I'm sure the BP calculators are superior but I'm haven't splurged yet for pro membership.

I want to be attractive to someone who might be splurging but can't afford luxury; to people who can afford luxury but want to be more frugal; and to all the rest who will get a nice spot in their budget range.  

If you can splurge a little getting one with a door helps too.

Hi peter, You should be able to beat your estimates on everything except possibly backsplash tile-- and it makes such a big statement it's great place to splurge.

I had hoped to spend $20k but underestimated some of the costs and also splurged on some of the rehab (I installed a new high efficiency central furnace, on-demand water heater, all new appliances, etc)Rental Details:I posted the property on craigslist for $2,490 and had one open-houseFound great tenants who signed for a year lease at $2,490.

I splurge on buffets.

I’m definitely going to splurge for a spot better than the cheap nose bleed tickets and bring my whole team next year. 

:All of my investments for 2018-2019 are going to fund self storage and manufacturered housing, both of which have proven to provide positive returns in the worst of times.Folks on here had mentioned before that self-storage is one of the first splurges to go, as people don't want to pay to store their junk when shtf. 

In fact the idea of going out and splurging on whatever we want without the other's consent is pretty appealing (isn't that the point of having separate accounts?).
