They told my attorney that they were trying to obtain “seed” capital (from me) to finance the lawsuit against their true targets.  

I'm not sure if it was just that we planted the seed but the timing wasn't right at first?

So that batch of big cabins that hit is being steadily soaked up by the normal growth in demand of the area. 

But cat pee soaking into the floor is damage, failure to clean up liquids or other gross things, I'd rather not go into. 

Probably not going to happen when folks live right up next to dense oil soaked brush ( natural oil in the leaves) .
