So my 1st booking.com guest left my home in a mess, smoked in the property and left an iron mark on my rug. 

There were lease violations disrespecting the other neighbor's leased space and harassing the other neighbor and they smoked in the property against lease, lied about conversations, has made up stories about plumbing issues that plumbers couldn't find causes to, tried to get a dehumidifier and force me to pay, accused me on two different occasions very agressively in regards to the heat/electric service.

I would mention to Tenant B that I was visiting Tenant A and smelled what seemed like marijuana smoke coming from their side and remind them there is no smoking permitted inside the house.

Painting has started on the interior (Benjamin Moore - Smoke Embers in case you were curious), as has flooring and lighting.

Like a tornado with a firebomb.....Holy Smokes!

With a dedicated employee.. the door hanger guys were the HOBO's they would pick up at the Y when they got kicked out at 6am every day.. these guys were paid 20 bucks a day and a pack of smokes.. during high school I used to drive of the vans myself So lots of interaction with that day and age homeless or houseless or Hobos etc.. some interesting conversations with those folks. 

Every meeting there are giveaways like smoke detectors, CO detectors or gift cards for Home Depot. 

If you got a report that someone was smoking cigarettes or cigars outside only, per the rules, would you post the same question?

When the smoke clears after a sale, everything falls to the buyer's responsibility.  

Often I can smell scents from the lower unit that aren't pleasant (cooking, smoking, etc).
