I have some San Diego STRs and MTRs and will say we had the slowest off season since the Great Recession (not including COVID lockdown times).

TIA, SandyMost of these are a huge disservice to sellers, as the listing agents don't do much if anything, don't market it, have the worst photos, weakest mls marketing verbiage, slowest response time to requests, etc. 

FHA will be slowest I think just given the high % of FHA coinciding with various other DP programs and the need for all to align for maximum "solution". 

Showings were slow as we listed at probably the slowest time of all back in November.

@Ayyoub Reza in Michigan, if a lease is at least 12 months in length, you can charge tenants for maintenance and if not a health & safety issue, require them to fix it.Why would you have a lease end during the Oct-Feb timeframe, when it's the slowest time of the year for real estate sales & rentals?

Grazie mille FWIW we usually have our slowest maintenance inquiries in Jan/Feb/March then it starts to pick up. 

I have been with biggerpockets for over a year and it is consistently the slowest site of any site I have been too.
