It Is in a sleepy little town about 30 minutes north of Paso Robles ca it’s a large lot with two homes built is the 1950’s one is a 3b 2ba rents for 550 a month the other is a 2b 1ba rents for 425 month the owner has had the property about 20 years.

@Cindy Carriger thank you for reading. from when i was pulling homes off of the auction site and zillow i had people call me and basically explained that the bank pretty much owns their house now which is why i stopped, keep in mind i switched from that method to the google maps method in 1 day, it just came to me in my sleep, i have 20 letters i need to mail out in the morning from the new method, im anxious to see if i get calls.

@Scott Trench Well anyone who says you can get by on little sleep because the need for sleep is a sociatal delusion, and uses his book as a platform to sell daily planners and calming aura and soothing chakra tea, isn't someone I'd look to for serious life advice.

I would say the majority of people who try to invest when they do not have a degree in a Financial field will do two things.... 1) look at the book and get very sleepy and 2) Tell themselves that they don't need these "complicated" calculations.The reality is that when you speak with the highly trained Pros, they ONLY speak about the IRR and other derivatives of it.It doesn't matter what you invest, the professionals who Invest need to know it.In some cases, heavy calculus is used for trading, such as in the Quant professions.This book gives you all the math you need which probably goes only the the extent of intermediate school.... say, 7th Grade, but many adults are very intimidated.
