If property taxes were abolished, would you decrease your tenants rents?

You were dealt a bad hand, "the man" is keeping you down, you're a minority and can't get ahead because of slavery/racism/whatever, you're a single mom, you were raised in poverty by alcoholic parents that kicked the crap out of you on a daily basis, you can't find a good job, your market is too expensive . . . 

However there was a difference of opinion regarding slavery based on economic realities of the each state and supported by their government. 

The owners and managers deny they discriminated against families with children but agreed to resolve the matter through the Conciliation Agreement.Under the terms of the agreement, the owners and property managers will pay IFHMB $10,000, abolish any two-person-per-bedroom policy, remove language regarding the two-person-per-bedroom policy from advertising and marketing materials, and have property managers and staff that interact with applicants and tenants attend fair housing training.

Essentially this is just a “rogue agency” that’s creating and abolishing new mortgage and financial-related regulations with absolutely no experience in this area.

(think slavery, colonialism, drug war and other state-sanctioned oppression and exploitation)So my advice is put blinders on, move forward, and ask forgiveness if you must but never ask for permission because the answer will always be no.

My goal is to start forming a network to help build a real estate portfolio that is large enough that I can show family and friends "This stuff works just look at what I have done" so that they do can educate themselves and then too free themselves from the slavery of a paycheck job.

The plan currently is to clear about 1/2 what I was making in my IT slavery and have fun while learning something new.

I think its probably healthy skepticism that I would abandon my school work (which I need if I want a job *cough cough* payed slavery *cough cough*).
