It may be hard to add more windows, but what about a skylight or extending current windows with an alcove.

Everything else is turnkey - chef kitchen, wood floors, 16 foot ceilings, 2 units have skylights, everything separate meters, new water heaters, new appliances, etc.

This year roof issues, skylight, a tree falling over and water issue caused to to spend another $17k.

in texas you dont have basements, but adding another bath gets you higher rents. you can add ceiling fans, pendands, granite counters, open up walls, skylights, etc. but do inside changes only. dont waste your money on exterior stuff. that's a waste of time.

Hardwood floors through out (they do need refinishing though) roof about 7 years old, central HVAC about 3 years old, windows about 5 years old, and 2 skylights.

Adding some framing/moldings around skylight and door frames and replacing bathroom vanity as well as a few little cosmetic additions.Can anyone recommend an experienced worker in South Jersey?
