Instead of relying on documents that can be manipulated, consider using an income verification service that pulls actual bank deposit history.

Customer service does not really exist or it's not as communicative as Airbnb.

We don't allow any "deal-making" in the forums, which includes advertising your services or properties, looking for partners, etc.

Compensation....those most qualified to perform the services you are seeking will make far more performing GC work or building for themselves.

First off, thank you for your service, and congrats on transitioning into teaching—what an awesome way to continue making an impact.My wife, Kelly, and I are in Volusia County, where we run a real estate brokerage and property management company.

Found T&H realty services to be pretty interesting as they provide both buyer brokerage service (to help me find deals) as well as do property management i.e. they are not full turnkey provider necessarily, but reduces some of the hassle for me I guess as an out of state investor.
