Most of the large lenders have affiliate programs and will teach you for free to represent them.

Corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships and trusts must be represented by an attorney you cannot represent yourself.

Our experience is that many lenders/servicer customer representatives may not know the protections that exist for those that want to put asset protection steps in place. 

Also who ever is representing you can just go direct to the title company and request they send out mutual release instructions ( which they do all the time) your not being represented very well by your agent. 

The new ground lease and capital improvements represent the interest in real property you do not already own (and that is being created through this transaction).
