Our experience is that many lenders/servicer customer representatives may not know the protections that exist for those that want to put asset protection steps in place. 

Corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships and trusts must be represented by an attorney you cannot represent yourself.

Also who ever is representing you can just go direct to the title company and request they send out mutual release instructions ( which they do all the time) your not being represented very well by your agent.
