What do you do to relax at the end of the day? 

Step outside to the fenced backyard or relax on the swing on the front porch.

Expat networkMost of the expats I've met here in the south are retired and want to just relax.

There should have been but this was missed in the rush of holidays and high traffic.

There are often weekends or holidays that finding even a basic motel for the night in some areas is nearly impossible (especially if you have pets!) 

23 days on the market doesn't seem like that long, especially since the holidays just passed.

They could include things like waivers for documents and appraisals, relaxation of underwriting standards and money to fund repairs.However, there are benefits for people who just live in the areas, but aren't directly impacted.

I really want to just relax and have a happy life and hope for the best.

Especially with the way the holidays fell and at least for us some pretty heavy snow storms.I try my best to have leases end between April and October.
