Probably to freshen up the listing by coming back on the market in a few weeks with another price drop, as I see it's been on and off the market a few times since last November with price drops when the listing is refreshed so that seems to be their strategy. 

This gem is had vinyl windows, some refreshed baths and kitchens, a newer roof, sleek vinyl siding, and brand-new furnaces and hot water heaters installed in 2023.

There's bulk packs in our owner's closet that the cleaners can use to refresh supplies with or we just do a walmart.com order to resupply.We have gotten a number of positive comments in reviews on the pantry staples.  

It may be time to refresh the photos in your advertisement and offer a move in special with a reduced first month rent.
