But that's me.To answer your question, I'm not in the business of recycling dirty money but I think it's pretty well known and established the the proceeds for criminality and the drug trade is invested in all sort of business, especially real estate.

If you need to explore other markets close that's not bad, CO is pricey so it will be a longer timeframe to reinvest unless you do flips/BRRRs to recycle capital @Caleb Brown Yup, I'm close to swapping the empty lots for a tenanted new build.
