We will pay off a few more loans with smaller balances, even though they are lower interest than what we are getting on new acquisitions.

My smaller property averages $450 per stay (3 nights) and the cleaners charge $90, so they make more than a property manager would.

Just as speculation do you think there will be a demand for smaller scale data centers as AI sucks up more and more of the available storage?

This would pay off the HELOC and the mortgage and give me some cash to keep scaling.
