.- because the USA has contributed more to global warming than any country and has prospered from it. - some otherwise smart people do not believe humans are contributing to global warming.

If they did they would have better economic policies , create safe neighborhoods and investor/business friendly atmosphere, to make their citizens prosper and able to afford the houses they live in, instead of losing it to banks in foreclosures.

kind of like prosper and those type of companies ( which I cant see loaning money to individuals totally unsecred like a CC company ) that seems like super high risk.

A little bit of pain now for prosperity later - thats the motto with this game haha!

I have closed transactions with Jackie Ahumada at prosperity mortgage at with a minimum of $50k financed portion...this was around 1-2 years ago. property was $80k.
