Is NACA a safe loan program as well because it seems a bit too good to be true. 

If you engage in a real estate investment program as a means to build wealth, you are going to incur a significant amount of debt early on and likely for the next 30 years, as your holding grow.

For that you have to utilize our 2-step program (as referenced  above by @Clint Jusino) or wait the 12 months for a conventional loan. 

Years ago my late husband and I went to a Charles Givens Seminar and my dad bought me the Carlton Sheets program a few years after that. 

Have 2 deals on table approved stage one just dont want payout more $ for verification on stage 2 if this is BSMy fiancee and I enrolled in their program a few months back and and went all in with their $13,500 program in order to split profits 50% on every deal.
