I have not read his $200 book or signed up for his $2,500 course that tells you how to do it, but he has lot of folks that sing his praise. 

Tyler keeps it real, is extremely motivating and I couldn’t sing his praises enough.If you go, you will not be disappointed.If you subscribe, you will not be another number, you become family.

@Mark Byrge, I can't remember, were you also singing the praises of Easy Storage Solutions?

I don't have fiduciary duties to sellers and I can't afford to buy their homes at ARV value, just so someone like you sings praises to me.

While opinions of well meaning referral sources are helpful and I could give you names and numbers, they are also highly subjective.I doubt there is a property manager active in Cincinnati that has not had one client sing his praises and another quit in dissatisfaction.

I dont really know what they do I yeah, it's just odd they both dropped off around the same time. i guess pods/YT pay more than trying to catch fish on here. one thing is certain BP giviths and takes away.. when things are good folks are singing your praises. when things shift its time to duck.. just look at all the syndicator threads going around where these folks were rock stars 3 years ago and now investors are out for  well you know what. 

We usually keep it to praising how well they’ve taken care of the place and saying how we’d be honored to carry on the tradition.  

Your now-removed post praising syndicattitions as an answer to maintaining privacy in direct real estate transactions is what inspired my comments.While I'm sure your investors were disappointed with the deals that are on hold your record is better and more extensive than i thought it would be.

On the flip side, I have heard from a ton of people who have praised gurus, but they seem to fade into the darkness, never to be heard from again.

Is everyone praising the tax savings of real estate qualifying for this status?
