Here is what I’m concerned about, i did all the work myself/ paid cash to get it done.Here are the upgrades(I’m sure some of these might not need a permit but I’m new So idk)-Added central heating and air -tore down two walls to make an open living concept (non load bearing)-renovated kitchen/moved gas line-replaced some of the foundation 2x6 floods became they where damaged by termites -add/move electrical sockets-new floating floor-replace pluming with pex/ pbc-painted inside-replaced a window- maybe more but you get the big picture.Will the appraiser report me to the city?

The basement is designed to be finished with all of the rough pluming, private walk-out stairs, and several egress windows and the finished portion will be roughly 1700 sq ft. 

This is common in the plumbing world, so maybe call an HVAC company that also does pluming.

The biggest thing is to find a trustworthy Pluming/HVAC/Electrical tradesperson/company.

My tenant texted me to let me know that he is experiencing kitchen sink being clogged.I’m not familiar with the pluming work but I would like to give a try.

I need to find out about the electrical and pluming.

I learned how to do HVAC, roofing, pluming, tile laying, laminate flooring, concrete counter-tops, drywall, texturing walls and ceiling, fixing foundations, trim, electrical, framing, and so much about the process of buying a property.

I have been involved in projects where a spill of a bucket of solvent caused a plume over a mile long.

I will never have anything good to say about the other pluming company.

Due to the age of the property I'm planning to redo the pluming and roof in the next two years.
