So things like, xbox/playstation ping pong for the kids maybe a turf strip to play some putt-putt for the adults etc...

Well I have seen this come into play - I had someone who has a note in florida that was a non-owner occupied loan and the lender claims the borrower failed to make payments on this and attempted to record the deed in lieu.

But the cost to play that game is higher than the likes of Eugene or Roseburg or Salem.

Generally you go with the strictest ruling.With that said, it becomes a risk play.

Kitchens:-I've been playing around with more expensive quartzite counter tops following the same principle as tile: not a lot of square footage and can really make the kitchen standout.
