I'm curious why you chose to invest in KS as opposed to NWA?

In Oak Park, we have had people like Ray Kroc, Ernest Hemingway, Bob Newhart, Sam Gianncana, Betty White. 

Would love to network with some people to get to know the area and the market a little better, as well as to hear about your experiences.

They survived Walmart groceries and aldis moving in because they chose locations near bus routes and had large stores.

And people cheered it, until.....

This client chose not to use our services and instead, tried to self-manage their primary.

No debt, they bought this place for like 200k in early 90s, quite old people. im not sure if they will be alive for the 7yr term but they chose it..The reason im putting so much down is im buying w gift money and i want low monthly payments.

My biggest question when I was researching all the programs was "If these people are so successful at what they do, why are they charging so much for all of this and always trying to upsell?" 

I chose the annual membership

I chose not to invest in CA because the numbers and landlord laws just didn't make sense.
