If you're talking about general lighting then I would recommend can lights.Can lights are nice for a few reasons:Flush with ceiling so less risk of being destroyed by the tenantProvide more lighting which makes the room feel largerIncreases rent a little because of association with qualityIf you're talking about pendants, the less components and breakable the better.
