I own a duplex in Clermont, FL just outside of Orlando and initially wanted to split water meters between the two units, but the cost and amount of work were higher than expected.

More open spaces around the city for people to get outside is never a bad thing.

There are a lot of opportunities in areas outside of the city too.

I do agree raising outside capital can help with scaling.
