The typical Team members are Attornies, real estate Agents, CPA's (or Accountants), Inspectors, and General Contractors.Always do the analysis and try to look at the property before you make an offer or try to at least have a clause in the sales contract that allows you ome time (usually about 12-15 days) that to look at it and possibly back out of the deal without a penalty or at least a small one.  

Ome of the best things is we're not counting on the city for water, cleaning it, switching water sources, the traces of prescription drugs, etc.  

@Omeed O.Rates are really low right now and it is a great time to consider refinancing or cash out refinancing properties.
