Railroad tracks, nuclear power plant, factories, good schools, etc.  

The state's 3rd largest university is located here as is a large nuclear plant that regularly brings in MTR-type tenants for outages. 

Nuclear waste, hazardous chemicals, etc.WWT- Weather, Watertight- will have some rust.CW- Cargo Worthy. 

Location matters for appreciation, desirability, and DOM, but if a property is priced right and doesn't contain a nuclear waste dump in the back yard, it will move.

A more nuclear option is this is one of the few situations where I'm not opposed to you drilling out the locks, moving in, and squatting.

It should be clear which company they work for, I'd start by going to that company's website.I would consider this the nuclear option with this agent, just to be clear.

If current fed gov't plans keep rolling in the same direction, well in WI we burn lots of coal right now, they want to just kill that off sooner or later and that's not good for our future rates and one bit of useless trivia I know is that IL has more nuclear plants than any other state, not sure where that concept is headed after what happened in Japan, but I doubt it will help to lower costs for nuke plants!

I’ve been waiting to see if my new property would consistently produce cash flow as well as needing to finally finish my NRC exam to obtain a Reactor Operator’s license for the Watts Bar Nuclear Generating Station here in East Tennessee.
