My next purchase will be in this area off Union.I find the https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/guide-grading-indianapolis-neighborhoods/ guide to still be pretty accurate - even listing the right C+ areas nestled between C-/D neighborhoods on the eastside. 

Just watching the market over the past few years/months, everything west of I-85 has already been "touched" so to speak, all the way from Ashview Heights all the way down to about Sylvan Hills, so it kind of looks like Atlanta is seeing the "running out of prime space" problem...at least for the core part of Atlanta (within 25mins of either midtown or downtown).I don't have much knowledge on Perkerson as some other places, but from what I do know, its nestled pretty well between the soon to be heavily traveled (perhaps even heavily dense) Metropolitan Pkwy and Sylvan Rd, another street that can perhaps see a similar trajectory as Metropolitan Pkwy.

The F and T are too stylized to be read easily as being also the first letters to the word unless you space them out (Which I don't recommend, I like how you've designed that portion), so I would have Flagship Team spelled out in full and then 'nestled' into the "FT" logo with the colors being a subtle clue as to what they stand for. 

The house is nestled between two communities in Charlotte.

I took off some on cold north side and find bats all the way down to the bottom of main floor walls ,,,nestled in the pink fiberglass put in on renovation maybe 20 years ago.

It's a great state to invest in because it's nestled between nyc and Philly so there's a ton of work & people who need housing.South Jersey is more rural.

One thing I would suggest is keep the majority of that $250K nestled in your savings/portfolio growing interest. 

We typically turn garages into additional bedrooms if the house itself is too small The house needs to be on a really nice piece of land (nestled in the woods, on a golf course, on the water, ect). 

I live in Frisco, CO nestled between 5 ski resorts, lovely Lake Dillon, and a 1.5 hour drive to the growing metro area of Denver.We are not alone here, but in Frisco, there is a big workforce housing issue as prices rise, so much so that our Town Mayor considered declaring a state of emergency.  

Hi all,I'm thinking of purchasing a condo that is located quite literally right next door to a fire station.My question is: this whole condo community is essentially next door to the fire station, but my unit is the closest to both the side road and the fire station.I am wondering how much of a "discount" you would need to feel comfortable buying this unit (as compared to another similar unit/floorplan that is nestled more comfortably inside the inner ring of the community.
