I don't mind paying for my flights to keep all these benefits then I get my kids and husband free everything 😊.

I also find that depending on the tenant, my one Airbnb property has less wear and tear because it's constantly cleaned and maintained versus my other rentals where the families living there settle in and accumulate stuff - which makes it hard to deep clean regularly (to my liking) as well as just the constant daily wear and tear from kids etc. 

Looking to win back time that I'd rather be spending with my wife and kids in the future.

We are looking to rent our primary house and move to a slightly bigger house in the same town because my kids do not want to leave their friends. 

I’m in a different situation with no kids and not married but I would still urge you to find a way to pay off CC debt.  

Competence - My best friend is awesome and I'd give him my kids if I got hit by a bus but I won't let him operate on my brain.

If there are clear signs of negligence (kid throws down, paper towels, food, fats) then you can get the invoice from the plumber with the notes and present it to them. 

Here is a little more about my situation:GOALS: I am 26 years old and my wife is 23 and we have two kids.

The goal is to change careers to something that allows me to decide my hours (in the process of now), become a landlord, and finally spend more time with my kids and family.
