Maybe even less for reasons I just touched on.I'll spare some of the moral and ethical opinions on this, but I do feel we as real estate professionals, investors, and landlords also have an obligation to help provide housing to everyone. 

The fact that they are telling people otherwise is morally questionable for any investor or inner circle wannabe.  

They’ll be the first who twist the moral of the story to “LANDLORD WANTS TO EVICT TENANT DURING PANDEMIC” Or “PROFIT OVER HUMAN LIFE”  That is a risk so you want to make sure the story plays out with you as the victim.

The moral of the story here is that vacancy is so low right now, especially in Tampa, that it is very difficult to get flexibility with your lease.

You probably had a little tickle in your moral compass which gave you pause, which is why you reached out.My wife is an accountant, when we look for every possible tax break it doesn't feel like theft, we feel accomplished to find a place for more savings and lose zero sleep over it.

"Assuming" when discussing people's life, character, morals and values, is not a good way to live life.
