The last time I represented a mobile home park purchaser, county health department allowed four MHs per septic tank. 

We’ve found a great option for us in Tennessee with a cabin (currently used as a str) and a mobile home.

The mobile home I would only want to keep for a few years to live in before building a new home. 

And the city is making a big push to attract startups focused on "mobility" not just auto.
