That "L" shaped property almost looks like it might have been a series of 1 bedroom flop rooms at one point for migrant workers or something.

The way these look-they will not work for a park but, would be great for someone that might be able to use them for migrant housing, hunting camp or for a temporary work/construction office. 

Low skilled migrant workers also fled or were turned away at the border so our Farms have had to Automate. one Strawberry picking Machine can now do the work of 10 workers using Computer Vision.

As a Cozy migrant to Apartments.com, I haven't been impressed with the system and need to look at alternatives.

I've been a foster parent, volunteered for the humane society, learned Spanish fluently helping migrant farmworkers for free, am vegan for ethical reasons, have a bird refuge and a zoo of rescues.

And our migrants nearly all want to come here.

My first purchase was a local single family home owned by a company out of state that had used it for their migrant workers 5 years ago and had forgotten about it.  

I think having only one demographic as a tenant (migrant farm workers) is too risky especially when they don't stay in one place particularly long.

That I don’t break any state/local laws regarding undocumented migrants. 

With the talk about housing migrants on Goodfellow anyone have thoughts about the effect on the housing and rental market in the area?
