I’m a complete rookie and novice in real estate investing, and I firmly believe in the “crawl before you walk or run” mentality.

If it crashes hard enough, it impacts your personal finances, your relationships, and even your mental/physical health.With the exceptions of politicians and so-called charities, building wealth typically requires sacrifice and time.

We use furnish finders, have connected with some faculty on campus at the university nearby and have even gotten in contact with hospitals nearby to hopefully get traveling nurses soon, too.

I had so many mental barriers and hurdles that I believed were stopping me from my own success.

There is a certain entitlement mentality and a long-term frustration mindset where they often times will mention repairs previous owners "promised" to make, etc. 

To the point if the medical reason I agree it is likely a mental health kind of thing.

I grew up around a “grind” mentality, and my family members seemed to spend all the money they made.

By observation from a few I've seen in the area:1) Find old guy, hopefully with limited faculties not aware of the market value of his property2) Tell him you love his place and will enjoy owning it and that you're his good buddy who cares about him.3) Offer him at least 10% under FMV and tell him no one else is going to pay that much.
