I have lived in Santa Fe for 5 years and am plugged into the commercial RE market as a full-time investor. 

I will also be doing all the cosmetic things you can think of: paint, flooring, bathroom reno, kitchen reno, so I am open to carpenter or design suggestions.  

I pull pretty solid lists, I find a lot of my deals off market, just thought I could reach more if I have a few full time callers on the phones.While i'm at it, how are you guys finding good deals in today's world?

Question - did you work with an interior designer and if so, did either of you tell your designer you were wanting to use furnishings available through Minoan?
