A syndication was way overkill because there were only 5 capital partners so they customized an operating agreement with their attorney that outlined roles and responsibilities, distributions, membership interests, etc.And you don't have to have all this stuff figured out right now; it's very customary for us to assign the contract to whatever customized entity we end up forming.Just one caveat. 

If you have not done so already I'd highly recommend having a study done on the space in relation to surrounding population with the dentist in mind as a way of showing a solid customer base. 

There is only a $3 difference increase to move to RentRedi, but the customer service is amazing.

I may be misremembering this next part, but I recall one of the RTR podcast episodes where he mentions that RTR keeps all the “10’s” and gives the “9’s, 8’s, and 7’s” to the customers.

Lendbase has a referral fee that they pay any residential brokers that want to bring customers. 

We wants to rip out a perfect pre-fab shower enclosure to put in a custom tile enclosure.  

Their customer service was poor.  

And the only "client" reviews I've seen mention that their customer service is non responsive and difficult to get a hold of once you're purchased their services.

They say that their customers see a 30% increase in revenue but they don't make any guarantees.   

These give bathrooms that extra-custom touch.
