I don't have a need for an app because I prefer to do my internet activities on a bigger screen, but the app struggle has been real for BP since day 1.

As this was prior to the internet as we now know it we had no support group.

If you're looking for all the differences between the 6 types of renovation loans (Limited 203k, Standard 203k, Homestyle, ChoiceRenovation, VA, and USDA), you're best to use the internet or have a 1-2 hour conversation/meeting with me or an experienced renovation lender. 

I've partnered with several contractors over the years (before I got my own license) and it is very normal for the contractor to be paid for materials and labor, even if they are doing the build "at cost"It's complicated and as other have stated, you've gotten yourself in too big of a mess to be sorted out by some people on an internet forum. 

It will be the same cost to modify an internet plan you found as though I came up with it from scratch.

I'm currently building out a couple versions of my own, since the internet is not producing very many good ones.

Sometimes the internet can make us feel like all we have to do is buy a house or two and quit our job.
