Currently, since I'm an out of town investor, I pay someone once a month to host an Open House for me. 

Feel free to ask any questions here in the forums and I'm sure some of the amazing hosts in here will be able to help at anytime. 

I spent about a year there and I had an overall good experience.Most KW offices hold weekly in-person training hosted by various experienced professionals.

I do not set up TV, internet, or phone for tenants. 

We have been quite successful hosting Murder Mystery Weekends as well.

I’ve seen many other complaints about them around the internet.
