Sing and dance all you want, the land will be redeveloped, and no government will allow it to be redeveloped in a way that could repeat the current situation.And yes, the owners will be scewered but that’s irrelevant.

I have been investing in residential properties in the Indy area since the last 7-8 years and I must say that this is a great market to be in.

A moderate 80s update in Houston may not match Indy, so leaning on someone who knows the local buyer pool can save a lot of back and forth.All the best,Johnny
