I have had a horrible experience with Maverick Investor Group.

So a deal that look great to one investor will look horrible to another and vice versa.

Kudos to him for doing it, but his rules and his dogmatic approach is also the same thing that made Open Door Capital a horrible venture because they skip over being pragmatic.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

Otherwise, if something horrible does happen, you just opened up a huge lawsuit that could destroy your life!

I was a landlord many years ago after I bought my first home, but that turned into a disaster when I moved away and had a horrible property manager for 10 years.

But it looks like a horrible deal. 

For the ones who did get everything together themselves to file came to us shortly after talking about how horrible of an experience it was and how they would never do it themselves again (lots of wasted time that took them away from making money).
