Hi, new here. i just finished building my first spec homes out in granbury tx and was looking to buy a few more lots around dfw metroplex.

You will get some of these as well (This inquiry was for one of my 1500 SF 2 Bed + home office units)..... but by no means does this investment strategy warrant paying for a course.

The weather can certainly suck in the winter but it's no different than most of the country.I have been saying I would move out of NY for years but it is home.
