I've learned the easiest way to do this is ask the owner to remove everything unnecessary for guest use AND give us permission and the freedom to remove items as we see best.Less stuff in the home, less issues and less work each turnover.

Being that I am almost homeless I figured that this big company wouldn't mind giving me some of that 27k back.

Based on the story they told me it sounds like the parents are effectively homeless and I suspect they have simply moved them in without permission.

So now I'm about to be homeless and broke. 

The homeless take over hasn't helped.

Most of the population moved to the surrounding suburbs or other cities and abandoned the downtown area, causing it to become a center for poverty, drugs, homelessness, and crime.

He didn't deserve that and I do think people like that need second chances in life to get on his feet because if they don't ever get a chance to rent a place where are they supposed to live they can't just be homeless for the rest of their days.

The property has since been vacant, inhabited, ransacked, and ruined by the homeless etc since 2009. 

The criminals here a thick along with aggressive homeless meth heads!

Unfortunately all the lawlessness, and homelessness in CA doesn't help.
