Everyone in this Industry at least who sells RE to Homeowners NOT investors knows the cycles and right now the cycle is MORE LISTINGS period nationwide.. then come about Nov.. people slow way down B/C of the holidays and in other markets winter is slow because weather is so snotty..

There are often weekends or holidays that finding even a basic motel for the night in some areas is nearly impossible (especially if you have pets!) 

They recently renewed their lease, and it was in my intention to ask for the new renters insurance, and things got busy during the holiday season and I never took the time to ask them.

Especially with the way the holidays fell and at least for us some pretty heavy snow storms.I try my best to have leases end between April and October.
