Currently we do not pay anybody's heat or hot water. 

In the winter the gas bill is a lot higher due to heating, but electric is lower.

As I posted recently on BP, some of the units that I've owned included heat and hot water in the condo fee, which increased the condo fee such their fee was in the $380 monthly range. 

The home had a floor furnace for heat, and window units for cooling.

Heating costs go up in winter, as does electricity due to the reduced natural light and more people indoors.

This is crazy generous of you to buy all the space heaters and put them in a hotel while the unit was still being heated.

We turn all the heat off in the bedrooms when we are not in them. 

I'm projecting 75k all heating needs to be replaced.

Mold requires two things to grow: water and food (dust is sufficient food).
