Entrepreneurial ecosystems are being created all over the country to foster local expertise and resources.

I am not a realtor but this is a much healthier relationship. 

My inclination is there will be a race to the bottom on fees with flat fee and a' la carte services becoming more prominent  while larger brokerages create their own "MLS ecosystems".  

Even though inflation is at a healthier level for Powell, he has a tendency of overpromising rate cuts and underperforming on their delivery.

There is also a whole ecosystem of capital raisers for these people that have basically misled investors in their involvement in the GP and dont have much to offer as deals go bad.
