I am very VERY comfortable with people grilling me with questions, when have the answers it's not uncomfortable at all.

My townhouse is all-electric with no garage, no fireplace, and no bbq grill, so no source of carbon monoxide.

String lights, fire pit, grill and some chairs go a long way and look great when lit up in night-time photos. 

.- The shiny new barbeque grill that you had the housekeepers place on the wood deck next to the railings.- That quirky, and warm, light switch that you didn't notice because you haven't been to the property in a year.- The shower that you noticed is awfully hot but failed to check into it more before you left.And so on. 

Some of his principles are helpful (10x thinking big) but hes a lot sizzle without the steak. 

In the next few years I may be moving back to Pittsburgh so this could be an option for me in the future.I did complete the backyard rehab project myself, where I went from a weed-ridden red cobblestone courtyard patio to a comfortable pea gravel patio with chairs, firepit, grill, string lights and life-sized games.

I love BBQing steak.
