I am trying to get a neutral scheme that will appeal to a range of tenants, and by doing so leaning towards a more natural or darker wood look instead of a grey for the floors but there are a bunch of color options.Any opinions or tips in the matter are much appreciate, and if anyone has used this color scheme with Lifeproof flooring before that would be great!

@Eric Hempler, to summarize all of these: it is a very big grey area.  

Personally, I feel like grey flooring is overplayed and on its way out, so Timber Ridge or Antique Brown would be more longstanding options.  

Also very close to the house ( and one of the boat launches to get on river ) is the Zane Grey Museum in Laxawaxan, PA ( 10 minutes away)So much beauty in that part of upstate NY.That is a great idea making it a fishing destination.

Nike, Estee Lauder are a good gauge of consumer confidence.

So some grey area on what you may find reasonable and what perhaps some hopeful tenants find reasonable and be sure to not violate any fair housing law in setting occupancy standards, but I generally think most renters are reasonable on if 3 adults, they are looking for a 2 or 3 bed rental and not a studio.
