I am in KC last few days gas is 2.75 a gallon.. gas is still 4.50 a gallon in OR WA CA if not higher in some spots

Unfortunately, in CA driving the train is a lot more expensive, as our fuel's touted to go up at least .46 a gallon, and it's already $5.

In San Diego I recommend descaling tankless annually and this is significantly more effort than draining 5 or 10 gallons from a tanked heater and changing anode every 5 years (by the way always use impact wrench to extract old anode as breaker bar can move water heater messing with other connections).  

Massive dehumidifiers are filling with at least 3-4 gallons of water daily - we can't rent until a slew of multi thousand dollar repairs are completed.We were told that the dehumidifiers the sellers had in the house were only used during the spring when snowmelt was very bad.

You could also try to find an older toilet with 3.5 gallon flush instead of the standard 1.6 gallon that is the standard now.

You can purchase in a small spray bottle or a gallon and rent a difuser (which some HD rent) to mist for larger areas.    

Our gallons used for 2020-2023 were typically around 20,000 a month.
