If it’s the latter, then you’re going to need to devote an immense amount of time and energy to becoming a full time agent.

@Chris Babb,I have moved in to the Build to Rent field full time. 

We have some $ saved  but don’t have enough to put a full 20% deposit down as needed by most conventional lenders.

My sacrifice… no haircuts and no fast food. 1 job full time, 1 full time side hustle. 0 debt at the time other than student loans.
