In neighborhoods that won't attract high credit score tenants, I've found that a stable job history with a MINIMUM of 1 year at current or previous job to be the best indicator of a great tenant. 

Hi, Anthony, yes, I have had a lot of trouble with DM returning incorrect data - wrong owner or owner not found, wrong or no mailing address, very few sale dates, and now when I filter on lead status, it does not return all leads with that status.

I found out their repair guy is also their home inspector... so he is checking his own work... it's shady shady shady... run away.
