Hi recommendtions for a Cleveland photographer, ideally with experience with airbnb photos thanks!

Oftentimes the rest of our family can't make it so we just keep renting it and go somewhere else.I am thinking you will find that will happen as well.Can you tell us where it is located?

Listing contained no interior photos and a limited write up with most who viewed the listing focused on "two retail spaces and "9 (1) bedroom apartments"  At first look most would pass over this because they would see $195K/unit with 9 being 1 bedroom units. 

Photos, no matter how good they are, don't often convey how the space flows etc.If it is cheap, why not!

What kind of cost per square foot are you seeing in Boise to build multi-family / townhomes?

I figured I at least need to get these completed before photos and listing. 

Zoning also seems to be a problem (see below)3. buy a SFH under ARV; live-in renovate => rent => move to a new primary => eventually refinance to pull value out It seems the multi-family options are extremely limited or nonexistent in this area.

You've gotten some good advice above but $100 even seems cheap after looking through these photos. 

Bonus points if it has a feature that I can take photos of receipts and categorize them on my phone.

I am now looking to buy my second rental but I have been looking at single families because the deals seam to be decent. the prices are surprisingly cheap over there for a single family averaging about 200k.
